Olveston & District Bowling Club

Well done to Chris Bentley, Trevor Graham and Ian Curtis who made it as far as the quarter-final stage of the County triples.  Our boys sadly lost to a triple from Bristol Greenbank who went on to win their semi-final round also and now qualify to play in the National Championships at Worthing in August.

Congratulations to Jack Drysdale and Tony Iles on qualifying for the last sixteen round of the Gloucestershire County Singles Championship. Jack and Tony will play at Gloucester City & Spa on Monday 20th July 6pm.

Jack Drysdale and Tony Iles both won their last 16 County singles matches and by doing so have reached the County quarter finals to be played at Painswick Falcon on Wednesday 22nd July.  Jack will play David Howes from Stroud BC and Tony plays David Heath from Gloucester Civil Service BC.

Well done to both of them.
